North West Property Custodians was established in 1989 by the McKenna family to provide quality accommodation to excluded client groups.

The organisation continues to be family run today and the company ethos is low cost, high-value service.

  • We currently receive funding to provide support services from Sefton Council & Liverpool City Council.
  • We work closely with local authorities to provide the best quality support.
  • We have close links with substance, training and educational services and encourage and empower our clients to move onto independent accommodation.
  • We provide quality accommodation within Merseyside namely 24/7 staffed projects working with a variety of clients groups, offenders/ homeless/ substance use/ mental health/ complex needs.
